We do act as a retailer for books ordered via our website. In this case, the shipping of our print-on-demand books is generally taken care of by our distributor from printing facilities in the US, UK, or Australia, depending on the delivery address. Customers based in Switzerland and Liechtenstein will also receive their orders directly via local mail.

Except for the countries just listed, please note that additional tax and customs fees may be incurred upon arrival of the order. For EU customers, we only offer Premium DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping. This includes all cross-border VAT, and prevents customs delays.

When ordering products via our Economy shipping option, Bedurya Publications cannot be held responsible for lost and/or damaged shipments. This type of shipping is non-trackable and non-insurable.

To avoid the risk of lost and/or damaged shipments, we offer Premium shipping to Europe, US, UK, and Australia. If selected, the order is insured and the customer will receive delivery notifications (track and trace) via the provided mobile phone number. For bulk orders of more than three items, please send us a request via our contact form to receive custom pricing.

In case you have received a defective product after ordering via our webshop, please report this within 90 days of receipt by submitting an order claim via our contact webpage. Manufacturing defects such as cover scratches, dents, ink spots, and folded pages are not considered sufficient for a claim when minor.
